15-Day Purchase Guarantee
All standard (non-custom) Alpha Aerospace Inc. products are backed by a fifteen (15) day, full-refund guarantee (shipping timelines included) from the time of purchase; provided an original purchase receipt from the Alpha Aerospace Inc. website or a certified Reseller is supplied for authentic-purchase verification. Returned merchandise must be received in original delivered state (no surface scratches, blemishes, or product modifications) for quality-inspection and subsequent issue of exchange and/or refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or design of the product in the (15) day time period, please e-mail us your request (email@example.com) and return/exchange information will be provided as needed to complete the process. An official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for your request via e-mail, and must be placed on the return shipment label (or clearly marked on the box) for proper processing. Please review the RMA Process below and include the completed RMA documentation in the shipment to expedite service.
When packing your order for return, make sure to properly protect all original equipment, individual components, and manuals as included. Charges may apply if items are missing or damaged upon receipt. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and Alpha Aerospace will not issue refunds for such. Restocking fees may apply at the sole discretion of Alpha Aerospace Inc.
Limited Product Warranty Coverage Policy
Alpha Aerospace warrants their UAS products (the “Warranty Products”, non-custom), against defects in materials and workmanship for a one (1) year period from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”); provided an original receipt is supplied for authentic-purchase verification. Propeller Blades and Propeller Blade Adapters are not covered under this Limited Warranty. Alpha Aerospace Inc.’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace, at Alpha Aerospace Inc.’s sole option, any Warranty Products that are returned to Alpha Aerospace Inc. during the Warranty Period and that are determined to be defective. This limited Warranty is VOID if Alpha Aerospace Inc. finds any signs of a crash, damage, abuse, overloading, incorrect component matching, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity or negligence by the user. This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover independent performance testing, dynamometer studies, research and product development, and/or other uses outside of standard single-rotor and multi-rotor operation. An official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for your request via e-mail, and must be placed on the return shipment label (or clearly marked on the box) for proper processing. If proper maintenance is not performed as required, items may not be covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty is VOID for all purchases from non-authorized resellers or third-party sales (second-hand owners). Refunds are not granted under this Limited Warranty.

* Products that were soldered, crashed, or used improperly.
* Made to order items. We test and inspect any made to order or custom built items to ensure their quality.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the product is inspected. Alpha Aerospace may require a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise at their own discretion. A re-stocking fee does not apply to defective products.
If you receive a product from us that is defective or damaged, we will allow an exchange only for that exact item. If we receive your item and we are unable to reproduce the problem(s), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. Whether or not the item is considered defective is at our discretion. Alpha Aerospace will not be held liable for any equipment lost or damaged as a result of that defective item. For example, if a video transmitter you received from us is defective and stops working mid-flight causing you to crash, we may replace the defective video transmitter but not any other equipment that was damaged as a result of that crash. This is why we are always striving to stock only the highest quality components for your platform.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All merchandise returned must be packaged well to protect it from shipping damage, and must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking information. Be sure to properly package it to protect from shipping damage as Alpha Aerospace cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Shipped products must also be sent with some sort of tracking information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging a defective item, or an item you received in error due to a packaging mistake at Alpha Aerospace, we will reimburse the return shipping costs after your return is received and processed. Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing materials. Only the cost of standard shipping with tracking will be covered (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, etc.).
